近日，公安部召开新闻发布会，推出公安交管服务群众服务发展10项便利措施。其中，便利军人换领驾驶证的新措施与各位小伙伴们息息相关。

按照现行《机动车驾驶证申领和使用规定》（公安部令第162号），持军队驾驶证可以免试换领小型汽车驾驶证，换领大中型客货车驾驶证的，需要考试科目一和科目三，免考科目二。

为更好服务保障退役军人就业从业，经商军队有关部门，此次按照“保障安全、稳妥推进”原则，推出了便利军人换领驾驶证的新措施。

对持军队、武装警察部队驾驶证申请换领B2（大型货车）驾驶证的，由军队有关部门负责审核确认军人服役期间具备一定安全驾驶大中型客货车实际经历后，经科目一考试合格后予以换证，不需要再参加科目三考试。

需要提示的是，对换领A类（大客车、重型牵引挂车、公交车）和B1（中型客车）驾驶证的，仍执行现行规定，考试科目一和科目三。
